UPDATE: If you haven't already heard airlines are now charging for baggage - between $50-$75 per bag each way! Think of what they will charge you for over sized baggage, like Ski Bags!! If you do decide to spend the extra money to fly with your skis there is no guarantee they will make it with you to your final destination. Sounds like I'm painting a bleak situation doesn't it? Well you can eliminate the whole hassle and worry by renting with Ski Butlers Ski Rental Delivery! We are cheaper than the on mountain rental shops and we come right to you!!!!
Don't let the airlines take the relaxing feel out of your vacation! Let Ski Butlers take care of your ski rental needs and help you relax into vacation quicker!
We look forward to seeing you!

Have a good summer? Good, now it's time to focus on Winter! Winter with Ski Butlers!
There is a distinct chill in the mornings - summer is on it's way out and fall is coming in quick. I don't think it's going to last long - we have had several snow falls above 10,000 feet. Highlands Bowl got some snow the other day, I think we are in for an early winter. Parts of Snowmass mountain have had snow all summer. You may be trying to hang on to summer and fall but here at Ski Butlers we are gearing up for a great winter. The new equipment should be here in another couple weeks and we will begin to prep it for the upcoming season.
We are also very excited to announce a new location for this year. Ski Butlers is expanding to Telluride, CO. Check out the Telluride Ski Butlers website. If you love big mountain skiing and a great ski town atmosphere you'll love Telluride! While you are at it check out our other locations as well:
Park City, Deer Valley and the Canyons
Vail, Beaver Creek and Arrowhead
Aspen/Snowmass
Breckenridge and Keystone
Copper, Frisco and Dillon
Jackson Hole
Whistler, B.C.

Keep watching this blog as more info for the upcoming season is to come. See you soon!!

One Word: "Incredible"

It's mid February, the season is amazingly half over, and the Skiing is Incredible!!!! This is the biggest snow year in Colorado since anyone here can remember. One storm after the other continues to drop inches upon inches upon feet of beautiful, wonderful powder!!!
There is so much snow I bet it won't all melt till June, but don't wait that long, in fact book your trip now!! The next couple days are looking sunny and it seems that we are in a Snow, Sun, Snow, Sun pattern. Can you ask for anything better? I think not!
There is great skiing at all 4 mountains so get on out here - and don't forget to rent your ski's with Ski Butlers, why ruin a good vacation waiting in line for equipment. Have Ski Butlers deliver it right to your door, fit you in the comfort of your home away from home, and then we'll pick it all up when your done. The skiing is excellent, let your ski equipment rental experience be the same! Okay, thats enough plugging, I'll try to stay more current on the posts and bring events coming up and in the works.
Once again, Skiing = Incredible, You = should be in Aspen/Snowmass!!!!!

If you're not here now - get on a plane, get in your car, on a horse, yeti, whatever you can find! The Skiing is Incredible!

With over 3 feet dropping last weekend and another 2 1/2, soon to be 3-4' this weekend, the skiing is AWESOME! For those who love deep powder and face shot after face shot Aspen/Snowmass is the place to be! For those who love fresh packed powder, nicely groomed with a touch of fresh white stuff on top, Aspen/Snowmass is the place to be! It's all here, and with Highlands and Buttermilk opening tomorrow there will be skiing for everyone!
This pic above is from last weekend at Aspen (Ajax) Mtn
The snow did unfortunately cancel the Womens Downhill today, which is rescheduled for tomorrow, although I bet if you were to get it out of the racers, they didn't mind a powder day!
The schedule for events is now:
Saturday 12/8 - Downhill - 10:45 start. On Aspen Mtn.
Sunday 12/9 - Slalom - 10am and 1pm starts. On Aspen Mtn.
So what are you waiting for - book your trip as more snow is in the forecast. Call Ski Butlers and we'll meet you right at your hotel, condo, van, wherever you are staying, and fit you right there! We bring all the equipment you need, including extra boots for that perfect fit, so that you can hit the slopes ASAP! Then when you have to head back to the real world and are thoroughly exhausted from the amazing skiing Ski Butlers will be there to pick up your equipment. No hassle at all! You are here to ski, not worry about where to go to pick up your equipment or where to return it.

Here is a picture of the skiing today, Ski Butlers got to sneak out for a couple hours this morning - to test ski's of course! The picture is a little weak, all we had was a camera phone!
We look forward to seeing you soon! Remember 7-day advanced online rentals gets 10% off - but if you'd rather call me I bet I can still work a deal!!!! Please check out our redesigned website: www.skibutlers.com
